Tralee, Munster, Ireland
Tralee is an Irish town located in the western part of the province of Munster. The town has a population of 23,691 and is most known for the annual Rose of Tralee International Festival, an event celebrated among Irish communities all over the world. The town was founded by Anglo-Normans in the 13th century. The town is currently a tourist destination, with numerous notable landmarks, including: the award-winning Kerry County Museum where it’s possible to view a bronze age sunflower pin; Blennerville Windmill, one of the tallest mills in Europe and Tralee Town park, one of Ireland largest urban green spaces.
